Do you accept pets?

As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Are you a smoke-free community?

The Reserve at Moonlight is a smoke-free community. For more on our smoke-free policy, please contact our team.

Do you provide 24-hour maintenance?

Yes, our professional on-site maintenance team is available on-call 24/7. Residents can file work orders via our resident portal, and our team will respond in a timely manner with exceptional service.

What school district are you located in?

The Reserve at Moonlight is located within the award-winning Gardner Edgerton School District. Nearby schools include Moonlight Elementary, Trail Ridge Middle, and Gardner Edgerton High School.

What bedroom options do you have?

We have spacious open floor plans, including one and two-bedroom apartment homes and two-bedroom townhomes. For the most up-to-date information on our apartment homes, we encourage you to view the floor plans section of our website or contact our team.

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

What amenities do you have?

Do I have to pay for parking?

All residents can park for free in our community parking lot. We also have carports available for an additional charge.

Do you have washers and dryers?

Select homes at The Reserve at Moonlight include full-size washers and dryers. Otherwise, laundry facilities are available on-site for all residents.

How is the commute from The Reserve at Moonlight?

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3-13 months.

Do you host resident events?
